At Mullixhiu we promise a warm welcoming and relaxed dining experience that offers something different to local and foreign patrons and ensures you enjoy a memorable food experience every time.
Our Food Philosophy
We believe that no dish can be better than its ingredients and that the best ingredients are. We don’t grow our own food because we will never do it as well as our farmers do.
We purchase our ingredients only from small farmers all over Albania. Our farmers are really important for us, and we treat them as part of our restaurant. We try to understand their challenges from all year round not just when they harvest their products.
